When many device groups are specified, management job performance may be impacted as each device group commit can take a few minutes.
Pushing to device groups does end up pushing certificates to firewalls, but this is mainly done via template stacks. Pushing commits to device groups directly goes through a series of validation and configuration checks, which adds a lot of execution time overhead. Conversely, template stack commits are much quicker.
This feature update changes how commits are pushed to end devices. Using the XML API, the integration will map template stacks from the device group by looking up template associations.
